If you need support for Tree Rings or any other FFTT subscription, you can message us with the form below. If you are having technical issues, please mention your operating system (e.g. Windows/macOS/Linux/Android/iOS) and browser (Chrome/Safari/Edge/Firefox) to help us trouble-shoot.

Please be aware that the Tree Rings subscription does not include Q&A with Luke. To get your questions answered personally, you can reserve a one hour consultation with Luke to discuss your questions. The investment for a one hour consultation is currently $500 (subject to change) and you can contact us below to schedule a time.

Below we have answered some of the most asked questions. 

If you subscribed to and paid for your first year of FFTT Tree Rings before March 20, 2020, you can find answers about the old subscription and payment system (Sendowl) in a separate section below. 

Tree Rings Reports & What's Included

The report will be uploaded to this membership site AND available for download every Friday around 4pm EST.

Unless you unsubscribed from our emails, you should be receiving a notification via email after the report is available. 

FFTT Tree Rings will NOT be published the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and the Fourth of July unless otherwise decided upon by FFTT, LLC, as well as one week in late July when our family vacation happens. Thank you for your understanding and for being here!

Webinar replays available are through 3Q19. At this time, there are no current webinars, when there are, we will place the replays onto the webinar replay page

If we decide to host more live webinars, we will notify all our subscribers and offer tickets for live attendance at an additional price. 

The forum is for members discussion.Please be aware that the Tree Rings subscription does not include Q&A with Luke.

The forum will be monitored – we reserve the right to remove comments as we see fit. We allow no political talk, and we are assuming best practice here. If you are angered by what someone says, walk away instead of reacting.

Luke raises many insights each week, however, the Tree Rings subscription does not include Q&A.

At any time, you can just click on the thumbnail of the most recent report to view it in a flip-book directly in your browser. 

If you are using Safari on iPhone or iPad to download the report, please confirm the download. A download icon at the top right next to the address bar will indicate the process of the download. When the download is finished, tap the icon to open the file. You can also use the Files App to navigate to your downloads folder (either on your device or in your iCloud), where you should be able to find and open the file.

If you are using Chrome on iPhone or iPad to download the report, please confirm the download by tapping “download”. When the downloads prompts you to “open in…”, you can then open the file in a specific PDF app such as Adobe Acrobat  If you don’t have a PDF viewing app installed, instead of selecting an app to open, tap  “save to device” below the list of apps and then select a save location. You can then use the Files App to navigate to the save location and open it. 

On any other device, make sure you confirm the download and then open the file with a program that can open PDFs. We recommend the free Acrobat Reader.

Subscription & Account

Please put in your email that you used to sign up and our system will email you a link which will let you reset your password.

If you get an error message about this email not existing in the system, please email us with your details and we will investigate this for you.

If you would like to change the email address to which you receive the weekly notification emails, please use the contact form above to notify us and we will update your email address. 

You can update your payment details on your account page. If you paid via Paypal, you may have to update your payment details directly with PayPal.  

If you subscribed to and paid for your first year of FFTT Tree Rings before the move to this membership site (March 20, 2020), you can find the link to manage your subscription in your original confirmation email. If you paid via credit card, you can update your payment details through this link. If you paid via PayPal, you will need to update your payment details directly with PayPal. If you need to request the confirmation email again, you can do so here. You can find more information about this in the separate FAQ about the old system. 

FFTT Tree Rings is an annual subscription and will automatically renew one year after you initially signed up and/or were charged the first time.

If you subscribed after March 20, 2020 and you would like to know on what date you will be charged next, you can find this information on your account page.

If you subscribed to and paid for your first year of FFTT Tree Rings before the move to this membership site (March 20, 2020), please instead refer to the link in your original confirmation email, which will take you to your subscription management page. This page will always show you the date of when you originally subscribed and when you last paid. If you paid via credit card, it will also show you the date of the next payment. If you need to request this email again, you can do so here. You can find more information about this in the separate FAQ about the old system. 

If you cancel your renewal, your subscription will end on the day before your renewal.

Your subscription price is locked in at the same price when you signed up, as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel your subscription and decide to re-subscribe, you will pay the updated price that is current at that time.

FFTT Tree Rings is an annual subscription, however, if 30 days into your subscription you are dissatisfied (we feel that 4 editions will give you the time that you need to discern that), we will refund your initial investment. 

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your subscription, please use the form above to email our team within 30 days of your signup they will happily refund your full investment. If you do not want to use the above form, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line TREE RINGS REFUND REQUEST.

  • Please do not call us to notify us of your refund request, we will not process refund requests made via telephone. Please do not reply to one of our weekly emails to let us know of your refund request, we will not process refund requests made that way either. Your refund will be given through SEPARATE email notification ONLY
  • For clarification:  If you subscribed on June 1, 2019, you would need to notify us via the form above or in a separate email to [email protected] with the subject line TREE RINGS REFUND REQUEST, no later than July 1, 2019 to get a refund. If you contact us on July 2, 2019 – we will NOT issue a refund.
  • We only honor refunds once. If you receive a refund and then resubscribe, we will not issue a refund again.support

If you signed up to Tree Rings after March 20, 2020, you can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time before the next charge on your account page.

If you subscribed to and paid for your first year of FFTT Tree Rings before the move to this membership site (March 20, 2020), please use the link in your order confirmation email to cancel.

You will still have access to the reports until the end of your paid subscription period. If you would like to be removed from all communication from FFTT, LLC or delete your account, please use the form above or email [email protected]

Please be aware that if you cancel your automatic subscription and decide to resubscribe later, you will be charged the current price at that time.

For technical reasons, canceling FFTT Tree Rings will not unsubscribe you from our email list and our free weekly newsletter “View from the Tree Tops”. You can unsubscribe from these emails at the bottom of each email.

Currently this is only possible if you reach out to our team via the form above or via email to [email protected] We will then process the payment for you and issue a gift code to you.
Please let us know whether you would like to give this subscription for a specific amount of time. 

Old Subscription & Payment System (Sendowl)

The following only applies to members who subscribed to and paid for FFTT Tree Rings before the move to this membership site (March 20, 2020) and whose payments are handled through the old system (Sendowl).

When you signed up through our old system (probably before March 20), you received a confirmation email from our subscription system. Please flag and save your order confirmation, as it contains an important link that lets you manage your subscription. If you paid by credit card, it also lets you see when you will be charged next and also lets you update your payment details or cancel your subscription.

You can update your payment details and credit card information through a link in your order confirmation email or a link in the email that notifies you of the upcoming charge 7 days in advance. Our office cannot update that information for you.

FFTT Tree Rings is an annual subscription and will automatically renew one year after you initially signed up and/or were charged the first time. You will be notified of your next charge via email 7 days in advance.

If at any time you would like to know on what date you will be charged next, please click on the link in your order confirmation email that lets you manage your subscription. The subscription management page will tell you when you began your subscription. If you paid via credit card, it will also tell you the exact date of the next charge. 

If you cancel your renewal, your subscription will end on the day before your renewal.
